R4 Card

R4 DS card is a storing cartridge for Nintendo Ds gaming consoles. These cards came as a blessing for all gaming freaks, who earlier had to delete their old favourites to make way for latest games. This is because Nintendo DS consoles have a very small in built memory space, which makes it tough for gamers to decide which games to store and which ones to delete.

These DS cards took the market by storm. When an item becomes a huge success there are bound to be pirated versions of the same to flood the market. Same happened in the case of R4 cards. For saving money many people, especially teenagers, opted for these inexpensive though fake versions of RS cards.

The quality of these cards was low but they served the purpose in less money for game freaks. Seeing a large number of pirated version swarming the market, R4 team has announced that from September 15^th onwards R4 firmware updates can brick your DS f you use fake DS card. Original card users have no reason to worry. Use original, stop piracy!
